Wickes aren't great, crap units made out of poor quality chipboard, worktops are probably the worst quality soft chipboard. Many people seem to believe their contract is with howdens when in fact its with the fitter/supplier who paid howdens for the kitchen. It's been almost 2 years since we created our open plan kitchen diner space and installed our howdens shaker kitchen, so i thought i’d write a full howdens kitchen review to support anyone in the stages of researching which kitchen supplier is right for them, or simply asking “are howdens kitchens any good?”.

Howdens quality of worktops and internal units are good, but however there range of appliances aren’t much to rave about. The service and the staff are fantastic, ever helpful, courteous, informative and friendly.
